- Create new habits and kick out the old ones.
- Get an accountability partner.
- Commit to change.
- Reward yourself when you succeed.
- Seek professional help when required.
- Understand your personality.
- Understand why you have a bad habit and what you are masking by doing your action.
- Understand why you want to change.
- Cut off any baggage / deadwood in your life.
- Remove any negativity surrounding yourself
