How To Request An Exchange Or Refund

Please include your personal details, purchase details, purchase order number and tell us why you're requesting an exchange or refund.
We will cheerfully exchange or refund (excluding shipping / handling fees if any) your purchase in a prompt and courteous manner.
If our product is a software programme or file that has been electronically delivered or a CD / DVD which contains a software programme or file that can be downloaded, a signed “Letter Of Proof Of Destruction” is required to allow us to process your exchange or refund. You must forward your signed “Letter Of Proof Of Destruction” to us stating that you have ceased using the software programme or file and that it has been removed from all applicable storeage devices.
By requesting an exchange or refund you are obligated to uninstall and remove the software programme or file from your web server, computer, storeage devices and every other data medium as further use of the software programmes and related files will be regarded as illegal unless you obtain a license again.
