Exercise
- Exercise with a friend and you will be more motivated to stick at your goals and not waste any money on membership / club fees.
- Don't forget the good old fashioned way to keep fit was to walk. Try parking away from your work so you need to walk a bit further, grab some colleagues and go for a walk at lunch time, go for a Sunday drive and walk along the foreshore / beach, take the dog for walk to the park.
- Form a social running / cycling / swimming club by getting a group together and setting times and days of the week that you can all go out and exercise together. You won't have to pay any membership fees then and you certainly wouldn't want to let the team down.
- Instead of going to a yoga / pilates / keep fit class check out what DVD's are available. Have a friend come over and exercise together. Swap your DVD's with friends or at second hand shop.
- Hire a bike / roller blades and go for a zoom around your local park.
